Tipperary Town & District School Completion Programme (SCP)

The Tipperary Town & District School Completion Programme (SCP) provides targeted, practical
support for primary and post-primary students to help them stay engaged, build confidence, and
succeed in their education.

We work in 7 local primary schools and post primary schools to improve attendance and
participation.

What We Offer:

In-School & After-School Initiatives: Academic guidance, personal development, and social
activities designed around student needs.

Attendance, Retention & Participation Support: Positive interventions to help students build
strong routines and connections with in the school community.

Family Engagement: Direct collaboration with parents, guardians and school staff to make school
life positive for families. Early communication with the school about any concerns arising can
prevent long-term issues

Whether through one-on-one mentoring, group activities, or class programmes, our goal is to ensure
students that are struggling feel supported throughout their school journey. We encourage families
to connect with the school and explore the supports available.
