School Choir Perform in The Excel

On Saturday the 5th of October at 8pm, in aid of ‘My Canine Companion’ our School Choir, Cashel Community School Choir and Tipp. Musical Society took part in a concert to raise money for the charity.

First to preform were Cashel Community School. They started off with a few numbers from their 2012 school musical, ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ and some songs from their upcoming show, ‘Les Miserables’. They blew us all away with an outstanding performance and had the crowd eagerly awaiting the rest of the show.

For the second half of the concert, Tipp Musical Society and our choir also gave excellent renditions from ‘Les Mis’.

Our school sang brilliantly. Everyone involved was delighted and are looking forward to more performances.

Mr Creedon said “The show was excellent and there was a lot of energy around the theatre. Hopefully this was the first of many concerts our school takes part in as our Choir shows great potential. I was very proud of the school and I would like to thank all the teachers parents and students who took part in the show”.
